Terms of use
These terms govern the use of iterpax.com and, when there is a contract, the Iterpax software. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the service.
The service
Iterpax is operations software for receptive agencies and tour operators. The website describes the product and lets you book a demo or contact us.
Use of the software by an agency is also governed by the agreed commercial contract or plan (users, points of sale, support).
Accounts and acceptable use
Each agency is responsible for its users, the information it loads and compliance with applicable law (including passenger data and communications).
Iterpax may not be used for spam, phishing, unlawful content or to circumvent WhatsApp or Meta policies. The agency defines templates and message recipients.
WhatsApp Business
If you connect WhatsApp Cloud API, you accept Meta’s and WhatsApp Business terms for that account. Iterpax only orchestrates sending from the agency instance.
Meta may limit, review or reject templates or API access. That is not a breach by Iterpax.
Ownership
The software, brand and site content belong to Iterpax. Business data the agency loads remains that agency’s.
Limitation
The site and software are provided “as is”, with the availability of the contracted plan. To the extent permitted by law, Iterpax is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions by Meta, payment gateways or other third parties.
