Data deletion instructions
This page explains how to ask Iterpax to delete personal data associated with the website, the software, and the Facebook Login / WhatsApp Embedded Signup app.
How to request deletion
Follow these steps:
- Email info@iterpax.com with the subject “Delete data”.
- Include your name, email and, if applicable, the Iterpax agency or instance name.
- Say what you want deleted (account, website data, WhatsApp Business channel or other).
If your data is in an agency that uses Iterpax
The primary request is to that agency: they load and operate the file (passengers, bookings, phone numbers). Iterpax can help the agency delete or disconnect platform data.
WhatsApp Business
If you are an Iterpax customer (the agency), besides email you can disconnect the WhatsApp Cloud channel in Iterpax (communication channels). That stops using the linked token and number.
What we do when we receive the request
We confirm receipt by email and process the deletion or disconnection within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep some data.
